How can I make a donation? 

Please use the following channels to donate and support our charitable work:

Can I choose which project my donation supports?

All donations go into our general fund to support our various initiatives, including medical aid and our digital adoption platform. This allows Paws For Good to allocate resources to the areas with the most urgent need.

Can I get a donation receipt? 

Upon request, we will issue a receipt for donations of HK$100 or above. Please email your full name, address, and proof of donation to admin@pawsforgood.org. By choosing not to receive a receipt, you help us further reduce our administrative costs.
Can the name on the receipt be different from the donor's name? 

Yes. Please clearly state the name you wish to have printed on the receipt when submitting your donation proof.
Is my donation tax-deductible? 

Yes. Paws for Good is a registered charity in Hong Kong (Inland Revenue Department File No. 91/19627). Under the Inland Revenue Ordinance, total donations of HK$100 or more to recognized charities within a financial year are tax-deductible in Hong Kong.
How does the charity ensure donations are used properly? 

We have established monitoring mechanisms to ensure all donations are utilized through proper approval procedures to serve the community. We are also committed to regular financial transparency through audited reports.
How does the charity report on fund utilization?

We publish annual progress reports and independent third-party financial audit reports on our website and social media channels to keep the public and our donors informed. For any inquiries, please contact us at admin@pawsforgood.org.
When will I receive my receipt for monthly donations? 

Upon request, we issue an annual consolidated receipt including a summary of your total contributions by the end of March each year.
What is Monthly Reward Program?

Monthly reward program are a gift from our sponsor Whiskers N Paws, and are sent via email to recurring donors only.

Please find the terms and conditions as below:

(1) Rewards details will be sent via email every month.

(2) All rewards can be redeemed at WNP Ap Lei Chau Store only.

(3) Self dog wash services can be booked on the WNP website 30 days in advance.

(4) A minimum spend of HK$500 is required per transaction.

(5) The offer is valid for 30 days from the receipt of the e-voucher. 

(6) Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

(7) Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless otherwise specified.

(8) If an order or service redeemed using the voucher is cancelled or refunded, the voucher will be considered redeemed and will not be reissued.

(9) Monthly donation program is exchanged with WNP rewards, and it is not tax deductible, Paws For Good will not issue a tax receipt for the monthly donation transaction.
